Create tasks, set due date/time, status, priority, repeat schedule and remarks. Edit, complete, cancel, restore or delete tasks when needed.
Use Voice Task for hands-free task entry and the microphone in Search to find tasks by voice. The configured cloud voice function remains the final transcription path.
Enable notifications and background alerts from the Sound menu. Due tasks can alert even when the installed PWA is closed, but each device must have Background Alerts enabled and the Supabase task-push + task-push-dispatch backends must both be live. Use Check background alerts to verify the full chain. Use View Task or Snooze 15 min from supported notifications.
Search by task text, date or status. Use filters for today, overdue, upcoming and status, then sort when needed.
Import Word/JSON, create JSON backups, and export Excel, Word or PDF. Private references are excluded unless you explicitly choose to include them.
After a successful sign-in and sync, this device keeps a local copy. Offline changes stay on the device and sync back when the cloud session returns.
Accounts are administrator-created; there is no public sign-up. Open Profile to change your photo or password, sign out, or clear local data on a shared device.
Install the PWA from a supported browser for an app-like mobile/desktop experience. Keep notification permission and OS notification banners enabled for visible alerts.
